Media center application boxee seems to be on a roll

Sony’s video resource Crackle has closed a deal with my favourite media center application – boxee. This means that we on the Boxee player soon we will find mini episodes from some old TV shows but also some material produced directly for the web.

Should be interesting to see where this will go. On December 7 boxee goes from alpha to beta version and a dedicated hardware player is soon to be launched.

I keep my fingers crossed that boxee is headed for a bright future!
